Mr. Haider is a corporate finance specialist having started his career with Citibank Bahrain in 1989 as the Head of Debt Derivatives operations. He spent 4 years in this task re-organizing the unit and creating the middle office to control the risk inherent in this treasury (related derivatives). He then moved to ABN AMRO Bank in 1995 where he was recruited as a senior relationship manager in the Corporate Banking unit. From there in 1998 he moved to Banque Paribas later renamed BNP Paribas, Dubai where he managed the Corporate Banking unit with 6 Relationship Managers under his control. The unit ran a book in excess of AED 500 Million. In 2004 he became the Regional head of Fortis Bank based at the Dubai International financial centre. He was in charge of the bank’s business in the GCC region. In 2010 he moved back to Bahrain where he re-activated Islamic business consultants now known as Integrated business consultants (IBC) an advisory firm. Together with his team Mr Haider managed the re-structuring of several organizations and also to assist/advise in complex financial structures. He has assisted corporates in the region in financial engineering/balance sheet restructuring. He oversees the preparation of feasibility studies and business plans for corporates. He also took the role of advising international institutions in M & A where he got involved in doing due diligence on existing assets. He is a managing partner in Gulf Oasis Energy, a Iraqi entity involved in various business activities. Mr Haider holds a BSc from the University of Bahrain and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Board member in PG Investment Bank in Malaysia.

Mr. Osama Hameed Sanad is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the associate of chartered certified accountants (FCCA), having started his career for almost 25 years from 1987 to 2012, initially as an accountant in National Foundries. He was the financial controller in Batelco (Bahrain Telecommunication Services) from 1992 to 2007.
From 2007 to 2012 he joined Mena Telecom as chief financial officer (CFO). From 2012 he returned back to his family business Hameed Mansoor Sanad Group as Managing Director. Currently, he is also chairman of JGB international a company involved in oil and gas services. His other business interest includes his role as managing partner of the following entities: (Pearl Marine) a ship chandling firm;
(Flexair) a producer of insulation materials; (3i) an advertising entity and (Gulf Oasis energy) a Iraqi entity having diversified business interest, Finally, he became the managing partner in Integrated Business Consultants.
Mr. Osama Hameed Sanad holds BSc in Business Administration from Bahrain University, MBA from Aberdeen University (UK), and (ACCA) Certified Chartered Accountant (UK).

Dr. Auda is a financial and economic specialist with over 30 years of theoretical and practical experience gained in both the private and the public sectors as well as teaching at university level. With a Ph.D. in Oil and Economic Development from the UK, Dr. Auda also worked with the local government of Scotland (both Lochaber and Aberdeen City Councils) and a number of oil related companies in the North East of Scotland. He worked at senior level with QIMCO, Q-CHEM and QAPCO ending with a CFO for BARWA in Qatar before joining a consultancy firm in Bahrain as well as the Ahlia University as the Chainman for the Accounting & Economics Department.
During his journey of work experience, Dr. Auda has carried out many projects, feasibility studies, consultancy work, and introduced new ideas, some of which have saved (and still saving) a petrochemical company in Qatar over $15 Million a year. He also introduced (and applied) a new method of rating for local and foreign banks in the Gulf, as well as being the first person to implement the Credit Insurance scheme as a replacement to LCs used by Polyethylene producers in the region.
